A Resource for Campus Store Vendors
Contact Database
CSC Partners have access to Bookstore information, including Employee Profiles. There's no need to maintain your own listings. Names, addresses and contact information are kept up-to date, and includes the newest member profiles.
View and print reports by store with details about the store and its employees.
Targeted Marketing
Target contacts by Store, Role, Province, Region, or special queries like CSCEx delegates. The query can be used to generate a report on-line, print a report, or produce mailing labels.
Each time you want to send out information, generate a new query and be assured of the most current list.
Partners also have the capability to send e-mails to specific segments of store contacts (subject to CSC approval).
The Bookstore reports include all current Member contacts. Each individual contact has the option of receiving Partner e-mails, with the default for each being inclusion.
CSC Events
Participate in the annual CSCEx Trade Show each spring and present your product to Bookstore delegates representing almost all institutional stores from across Canada. Additional Sponsorship opportunities increase the exposure and recognition of your brand within the campus bookstore community.
Partner Postings
Post announcements regarding new products or personnel changes. Highlight your current specials for the attention of the bookstore personnel. Our new site is a quick and easy way of getting information to your clients.
Branding
Submit a corporate logo to appear beside your specials and postings, enhancing corporate awareness.

A Resource for Bookstores
The goal of the Partner program is to make the store buyer's job easier. This web site will provide them with one location to research up to date contact information, view product specials, source new products and view Partner news. The Partner reports include all current (active) Partners with Campus Stores Canada.
Specials
Partners can offer special promotions on-line that only the Bookstore personnel can see. Specials are private from other Partners.
Partner Postings
Partner Postings are listed on the CSC website so that all Partner announcements are headline news to everyone in the campus bookstore community.
Contact Database
Bookstores have access to information about partner companies, products or services, and employees. Current corporate information is easily available so Bookstores know what is offered and who to contact.
Bookstores can search for Partners by product, company type, or by Company name when sourcing new products.

Simple Administration
Your information can be easily updated at any time. You may add as many employees as you need, and each will receive their own username and password.
You have full control and are allowed unlimited concurrent entries for Employees, Specials and Postings. Add, update and delete as necessary.
Specials and Postings
Specials can be entered in the database at any time. You determine when they start and end, with only current promotions appearing on the listings. A preview is provided so you know exactly what the Bookstores see.
Postings can also be entered in the database at any time, with current or future post dates. Only current postings appear on the listings, and they automatically expire 60 days after the post date.
Each special and posting has an Employee Profile associated with it as a contact. If the Employee Profile is modified, the promotion is automatically updated. Contact information does not need to be re-entered with each special or promotion.
Contact Database
Update your company profile and individual profiles as necessary, including information on your products or services.
Security
Passwords can be customized and changed as required.
If the password is forgotten, a utility is provided for e-mailing information to contacts already in the database.

Events
Campus Stores Canada organizes two major events each year. In late winter, CSCEx provides an opportunity for Partners to showcase their products to the Canadian campus bookstore community in an annual Trade Show. This show is oriented towards the General Merchandise and Store Fixture aspects of the Bookstores and is a major buying event for the bookstore personnel. A day of education for store managers, buyers and other personnel is also included.
In the Fall, the CSC Symposium is oriented towards leadership issues, store management, and the Text and Publishing side of the Bookstore Industry. Partners can participate by sponsoring events, and presenting education seminars.

Sponsorship Opportunities
CSC Event Sponsorship is an excellent way of increasing your companies recognition in the Campus Bookstore Community and displaying your brand.
