• What does a return to campus look like?

• What are your plans for opening in the Fall?

• How are stores budgeting for 2021-2022?

• Store layout, changes to customer service delivery, working with campus stakeholders.

• Managing the expectations of your institutions?

• Share a success, ask for advice, share a lesson learned.

We will then break out into Course Materials and General Merchandise sessions.
